You may use ToolifyUltra for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Upload malicious files, malware, or viruses
- Convert copyrighted content without authorization
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Attempt to overload or abuse our servers
- Reverse engineer our systems
3. File Uploads
By uploading a file, you confirm you have the right to convert it. You retain ownership of your files. We do not claim any rights to your uploaded content.
4. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.
5. Free vs Premium
Free users are subject to file size limits and rate limiting. Premium users receive higher limits and priority processing. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
ToolifyUltra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of conversions for all file types.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
